Broken Age Fan Art

I have decided to do more fan art in between art commissions, I haven't done any personal projects in many years.  This is based on characters from Double Fine Entertainment's Broken Age game, of which I am a big fan.  For those unfamiliar with the series, the snake in the painting is involved in a puzzle where both characters, at different points in the game, are constricted and they need to find a way out in order to progress.  I thought it would be fun to have them go through this together.  You'll notice that in the initial Sketch, Vella, the girl on the left, has a different facial expression.  I realized early in the painting process the scared expression is not in fitting with her personality, so I changed it to have her more annoyed with the situation.
